- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) required
- Excellent communication abilities to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and experience with business performance analysis

Essential qualifications

- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, aligning platform capabilities with business requirements




- Gather and analyze stakeholder needs to design workflows and ITSM processes based on ITIL best practices
- Configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) and guide integrations with other systems; support data migration
- Supervise project delivery and mentor junior consultants (team size of 8–10)
