Job Title: IT SENIOR ENGINEER

Job Summary

We're building our IT infrastructure from scratch to support 250+ users across our factory and offices, and need an experienced person to own it end-to-end and grow it as we scale.

*You'll own:*

- Network infrastructure — firewall, VLANs, dual-WAN failover, VPN, managed switches

- Active Directory & Windows Server — user management, Group Policy, DNS

- Virtualization — server VMs (AD, asset management, internal tools)

- CCTV & security systems, WiFi infrastructure, attendance systems integration

- Asset management, printer/workstation support, general IT ops

- Documentation as the environment grows

Required Skills

- *What we're looking for:*

- 4+ years in network administration and Windows Server/AD environments

- Solid grasp of firewalls, VLANs, and core networking concepts

- Comfortable with basic Linux/command-line work

- Genuinely comfortable using AI tools to work faster and solve problems — not resistant to them





- Strong communication skills — you'll need to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical staff and leadership

- Able to work independently and make sound judgment calls — you'll often be the only IT person on-site

Education: BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc in CS with substantial experience.
