You’ll be the one keeping everything on track managing events, handling logistics, assisting customers, and getting the word out about our epic trade fairs. From behind-the-scenes to on-the-road, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly & leaves a lasting impact.

What You’ll Own

- Event Operations: You’ll Handle logistics, crowd control, gift distribution, and assist international customers with payments ensuring every detail creates a memorable experience.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate customer and vendor records, report software issues, and update databases. You’ll be the one who keeps us on top of our game.
- Marketing Outreach: Travel across India (15 days/month) to promote events and distribute marketing materials.



You’ll be spreading the buzz and ensuring our trade fairs get the attention they deserve.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office, Excel and able to troubleshoot tech issues on the fly.

- Problem Solver: When things don’t go as planned, you think on your feet and solve the issue fast.

Additional Details

- Travel required approximately 15 to 20 days per month during exhibitions.
- Travel, accommodation, and event-related expenses are covered by the company.
