3 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / Bench Marketing.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing and consulting market.- Valuable understanding of C2C, W2, and 1099 employment models.- Strong experience working with H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC consultants.- Proven vendor networking and relationship-building skills.- Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, JobDiva, Ceipal, and other job portals/ATS tools.- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.Preferred Qualifications:- Strong network of Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.- Experience marketing consultants across technologies such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cloud, SAP, Salesforce, and QA.- Ability to generate quality submissions and convert them into interviews and placements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
