### Main Responsibilities

* Manage housekeeping staff and field supervisors.

* Help in hiring helpers, operators, unskilled, semi skilled and skilled workers when required.

* Check and take care of housekeeping machines, tools, and equipment.

* Talk to clients and understand their requirements or complaints.

* Solve day-to-day staff and operational problems.

* Make sure enough staff are available at each site.

* Maintain basic records of staff, equipment, and daily work.

* Report significant issues to the management.

### Requirements

* *12th pass or above.*

* Experience in housekeeping or supervision is preferred.

* Must know basic housekeeping work and operations.

* Should be able to manage a team.

* Good communication and people-management skills.

* Should be responsible, punctual, and willing to travel to different sites when required.

* Basic knowledge of housekeeping machines and equipment is required.
