We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, meeting clients in person, promoting company products/services, generating leads, and achieving assigned sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Visit potential customers, businesses, institutions, and other assigned locations regularly.

Generate recent leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and local market research.

Explain and promote company products/services to potential customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.

Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team for customer requirements.





Collect relevant documents and information from customers when required.

Handle customer queries and provide proper support before and after sales.

Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the management.

Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and company events.

Submit regular field visit and sales reports.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.

Previous experience in field sales, marketing, business development, or customer handling is preferred.

Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.

Willingness to travel and work in the field.

Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, email, and MS Office.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
