About the Role

Micronix System Private Limited is looking for a highly skilled Senior AI-Enabled Full-Stack Product Engineer to work as an integrated member of an international product engineering team.

This is not a conventional frontend or full-stack development role. We are looking for an experienced engineer who combines strong full-stack engineering capabilities with advanced practical knowledge of AI-assisted software development, modern AI tools, cloud technologies, automation, and developer productivity workflows.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of a feature from understanding requirements and technical design through development, AI-assisted implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Stack Product Engineering

- Develop, maintain and enhance modern, data-rich web applications.
- Build responsive, scalable and high-performance user interfaces.
- Develop dashboards, analytical workflows, interactive visualisations and data-driven experiences.
- Work extensively with React and TypeScript.
- Contribute to backend services and APIs using C#, .NET and ASP.NET Core.
- Work with SQL Server and other data platforms.
- Understand and work effectively across frontend, backend and API layers.

AI-Assisted Software Development

- Use modern AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity, code quality, testing and delivery.
- Demonstrate advanced practical knowledge of AI coding assistants and AI development workflows.
- Effectively use tools such as AI coding agents, LLM-based development assistants, code-generation tools and AI-powered debugging/testing solutions.
- Understand prompt engineering and context management for software development.
- Evaluate AI-generated code critically rather than blindly accepting generated output.
- Perform appropriate human review, validation, security checks and testing of AI-assisted code.
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve development workflows, automation and engineering efficiency.
- Stay current with rapidly evolving AI development tools and methodologies.

Cloud & DevOps

- Work with cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Use cloud CLI tools and command-line workflows effectively.
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understand CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Work with GitHub and Azure DevOps.
- Troubleshoot application, deployment and infrastructure-related issues.
- Understand cloud security, access control and secure development practices.

Engineering Quality & Ownership

- Take ownership of assigned features from design through deployment.
- Write clean, maintainable and scalable code.
- Develop and maintain automated tests.
- Debug complex technical issues.
- Contribute to code reviews and engineering standards.
- Work with monitoring, observability and performance optimisation.




- Identify technical risks and proactively suggest improvements.
- Maintain high standards for security and reliability.

Product Thinking

- Understand business and customer requirements rather than simply implementing tickets.
- Convert ambiguous requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Work closely with product, engineering and domain specialists.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve products and development processes.

Team Collaboration

- Work as an integrated member of a remote, cross-functional international engineering team.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, planning sessions, code reviews and technical discussions.

- Collaborate effectively with UK-based team members.
- Work independently while knowing when to seek clarification or escalate an issue.

Required Experience

- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience in full-stack application development.
- Significant experience with React and TypeScript.
- Good professional experience with C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core.
- Hands-on Azure/cloud experience.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD and modern development workflows.
- Demonstrable experience using AI tools as part of professional software development.
- Experience working independently on complex technical problems.
- Experience working with remote/international engineering teams is preferred.

Candidates who have only basic familiarity with ChatGPT or AI coding assistants will not be considered sufficient for this role.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have hands-on experience integrating AI into their software engineering workflow and can demonstrate how AI has improved their development productivity, testing, debugging, automation or code quality.

Working Arrangement

- Full-time position.
- Remote/hybrid depending on project requirements.
- Candidate must be able to maintain substantial overlap with UK working hours.
- Participation in daily engineering stand-ups and other team meetings will be required.

Compensation

₹12,00,000 – ₹14,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, technical capability and interview performance.
