1. Job Purpose

The Distribution Incharge will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and executing the day-to-day distribution activities of the organization. The role involves ensuring the timely and systematic distribution of food, prasadam, groceries, educational materials, relief materials, or other charitable items to beneficiaries, while maintaining proper inventory, documentation, hygiene, discipline, and service standards.

The position requires a responsible and service-oriented individual who can effectively coordinate with staff, volunteers, vendors, drivers, and beneficiaries.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesDistribution Operations

- Plan and coordinate daily distribution activities as per the organization's requirements.
- Ensure timely distribution of food, prasadam, groceries, relief materials, books, or other approved items.
- Allocate work to distribution staff and volunteers.
- Monitor the complete distribution process and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure proper handling, packing, loading, transportation, and distribution of materials.




- Maintain discipline and proper conduct during distribution activities.
- Address operational issues and escalate major concerns to the reporting manager.

Documentation & MIS

- Maintain daily distribution registers and beneficiary records.
- Record quantity distributed, location, date, and program details.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly distribution reports.
- Maintain proper supporting documents for materials received and distributed.
- Report shortages, discrepancies, wastage, or operational issues to management.
- Support internal audits and management reviews by providing accurate records.

Skills Required: MS excel, System knowledge , communication skills.

- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong coordination skills and a willingness to work in charitable/service-oriented activities may also be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
