We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, following up with prospects, and scheduling client meetings for our interior design and turnkey solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Introduce and explain Arba Designs' interior design and turnkey services to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with leads through regular calls and maintain proper communication.
- Schedule client meetings and site visits for interested prospects.
- Maintain and update customer and lead details in Excel/CRM.
- Keep track of daily calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Coordinate with the sales/design team regarding qualified leads.




- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with prospective clients.

Requirements

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Presentable, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow up consistently.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
