Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic Outdoor Catering (ODC) & Events Manager to establish and scale our catering channel. You will bring our live dessert stations (pancakes, waffles, crepes) to corporate events, weddings, party setups, and food festivals across target cities.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development & Partnerships: Drive corporate and social event sales by pitching to HRs, event planners, and party organizers; partner with caterers to set up dedicated UPP stalls.
- Event Logistics & Setup: Conduct pre-event site checks (electrical load, space, staging access) and manage end-to-end setups for live dessert counters following brand guidelines.
- Operations & Quality: Oversee central kitchen dispatch, cold-chain transport for batters/toppings, equipment inventory, hygiene protocols, and live service queue management.
- P&L; & Team Management: Hire, train,



and supervise event staff; manage event pricing models (per-plate/MG structures); track event margins and handle billing reconciliations.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in event management, ODC operations, QSR brand activations, or live counter management.
- Robust track record in closing event sales, lead generation, and vendor negotiations.
- Hands-on ability to handle fast-paced live events, site logistics, and cross-functional coordination.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
