Role Overview

Rakoon is seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Consultant for a six-month engagement to support the development. The consultant will work closely with Finance,HR, Tax, and IT stakeholders to design, build, and implement technical solutions within the Oracle EBS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement HRMS for KSA comprising HR and Payroll related development.
- Design, develop, and implement the Bank Reconciliation integration within Oracle Cash Management.
- Deliver end-to-end e-invoicing integration solutions aligned with Oman (OTA) and UAE (FTA) regulatory mandates.
- Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical designs.
- Develop and maintain technical design documentation (MD50/MD70 or equivalent) for all delivered solutions.
- Configure and extend Oracle EBS Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, Cash Management) to support integration requirements.
- Build and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or equivalent middleware.
- Conduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality and regulatory compliance.
- Provide knowledge transfer and technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance by internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 10 years of hands-on Oracle EBS technical development experience (R12.2 preferred).




- Robust expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, XML Publisher/BI Publisher, OAF, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware.
- Experience in HR Payroll preferred.
- Proven experience with Oracle Cash Management and bank reconciliation integrations, including bank statement formats (MT940) and bank connectivity methods.
- Proven experience delivering e-invoicing solutions, preferably with exposure to Oman (OTA) and/or UAE FTA e-invoicing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, Cash Management) and their underlying data structures.
- Experience writing and reviewing technical design documents (MD50/MD70 or equivalent).
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Desirable

- Prior experience in real estate, investment, or multinational group environments.

Engagement Details

This is a six-month consulting engagement based within the Group's IT function, working in close partnership with Finance, Tax, and IT and HR stakeholders across the Group's Oman, KSA and UAE operations. The consultant will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining close alignment with programme governance and reporting requirements.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
