We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager with a solid background in the manufacturing sector to oversee all human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for payroll management, recruitment, employee welfare, statutory compliance, performance management, and overall HR operations to support a productive and engaged workforce.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, supervisors, technicians, and factory workers.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
- Conduct interviews, candidate assessments, onboarding, and induction programs.
- Maintain talent pipelines for critical manufacturing positions.
- Qualifications




- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/MSW/PG Diploma in Human Resource Management preferred.
- 5-10 years of HR experience, with significant experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office applications.
