About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, polished, and highly organised Private House Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of a private household in Dubai Hills. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional service standards, managing household staff, coordinating the family's lifestyle requirements, and ensuring the residence operates efficiently at all times.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in luxury hospitality or private household service, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Household & Service Management

- Oversee the daily operations and smooth running of the residence.

- Ensure the home is maintained to the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organisation.

- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, culinary, and other household support staff.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas of the residence meet expected standards.

- Manage guest welcoming, hosting, and front-of-house service when required.

Dining & Entertaining

- Oversee formal dining service, including plated, silver service, and buffet-style service.

- Coordinate table set-ups, themed arrangements, and special occasions.

- Support private dinners and events, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

- Maintain high standards of service etiquette and presentation.

Wardrobe & Personal Support

- Oversee wardrobe management, including organisation, care, steaming, and packing.

- Assist with packing and unpacking for travel.

- Coordinate dry cleaning, laundry, and other wardrobe-related requirements.





Household Coordination

- Manage and coordinate household suppliers, vendors, and service providers.

- Assist with errands, shopping, and procurement as required.

- Coordinate travel-related household preparations.

- Ensure effective communication between the family and household staff.

- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess:

- Previous experience as a House Manager, Estate Manager, Senior Butler, or similar private household role.

- Experience within luxury hotels or high-end hospitality environments would be highly advantageous.

- Strong knowledge of formal dining and service standards.

- Excellent household and staff management skills.

- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach.

- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

- Professional, polished, discreet, and service-oriented personality.

- Strong communication skills in English.

- Flexibility to travel internationally when required.

Working Conditions & Advantages
