we are evaluating GLPI 11, an open-source ITSM platform, instead of building an ITSM product completely from scratch.
The platform is mainly built on PHP 8.2+, Symfony components, Twig/JavaScript and MySQL/MariaDB. It already provides Incident, Request, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset Management, SLA and other ITSM functionality.
We are looking for a team with strong PHP/Symfony and frontend/UI experience who can help us deploy GLPI in our own cloud environment, understand/customize the codebase, completely modernize and rebrand the UI with Skilled Labs branding, and in Phase 2 help us build integrations and AI capabilities on top of it.
The objective is to use GLPI as the ITSM foundation rather than rebuilding the core functionality from scratch.
