We’re Hiring | Lead Data Migration Engineer – ETL & Azure Databricks

Location: Noida / Bengaluru – Hybrid
Experience: 8–12+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Migration Engineer to lead end-to-end data migration initiatives and build scalable ETL solutions using Azure Databricks.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead data migration projects from planning to production deployment
- Design and develop scalable ETL pipelines
- Build and optimize migration solutions using Azure Databricks
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation and reconciliation
- Implement data survivorship & deduplication rules
- Identify and resolve data quality and migration issues
- Collaborate with business and QA teams to validate migration outcomes
- Develop migration strategies, mapping documents and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with data governance & security standards

Must-Have Skills

✅ 8+ years in Data Migration & ETL
✅ Strong hands-on Azure Databricks experience
✅ Expert-level ETL & SQL skills




✅ Data profiling, quality, validation & reconciliation
✅ Survivorship & deduplication logic
✅ Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills
✅ Stakeholder communication & technical leadership
