Position: Advocate / Legal Advisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Advocate to handle legal matters, documentation, compliance, litigation and provide legal advice to the organization. The candidate should have robust knowledge of applicable Indian laws and excellent drafting and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide legal advice and guidance on business and organizational matters.
- Draft, review and negotiate agreements, contracts, notices and legal documents.
- Handle civil, criminal, commercial and other legal matters as required.
- Represent the organization before courts, tribunals and government authorities.
- Prepare legal opinions, replies, applications and petitions.
- Monitor ongoing cases and coordinate with external advocates when required.
- Conduct legal research and interpret applicable laws, rules and regulations.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Review contracts and identify potential legal risks.




- Handle legal notices and prepare appropriate responses.
- Maintain proper records of cases, agreements and legal documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding legal issues.
- Keep management updated about important legal developments and cases.

Required Qualifications

- LLB degree mandatory.
- Valid enrollment with the Bar Council of India/concerned State Bar Council.
- Good knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures.
- Strong legal drafting and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant legal experience.
- Court appearance and litigation experience preferred.
- Experience in corporate, commercial, property or employment law will be an advantage.

Salary

₹4,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, expertise and case-handling capabilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
