Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive System Administrator to manage and maintain our server infrastructure while providing technical support to both internal teams and customers. The role involves working on Linux/Windows environments, troubleshooting IT issues, automating processes, and designing scalable cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Ansible, cloud deployments, and Bash scripting, along with a strong understanding of server management and system performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the System Administration team, driving infrastructure projects, mentoring team members, ensuring timely issue resolution, and maintaining high standards of service delivery and system reliability.
- Provide proactive IT administration and support to internal teams and customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve server-side and infrastructure-related issues
- Provision and deprovision user accounts and system access
- Design, architect, and deploy scalable cloud infrastructure solutions
- Automate routine tasks and processes using scripting and tools like Ansible
- Monitor system performance and uptime using tools such as Zabbix
- Ensure adherence to security standards and best practices
- Support deployment and maintenance of ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Odoo)
- Participate in weekend/on-call support as part of a rotation schedule

Technical Skills Required:

- Strong experience with Linux (preferred) and Windows servers




- Hands-on experience with Apache, Nginx web servers
- Database knowledge: MariaDB, PostgreSQL
- Scripting experience with Bash
- Experience with Ansible for provisioning and automation
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
- Monitoring tools experience, preferably Zabbix
- Basic understanding of Python, PHP, and Odoo

Valuable to Have (Bonus Skills):

- Knowledge of Python, PHP, and Git
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation

Working Conditions:

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
