Adwolf Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and target-oriented Client Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling company-generated leads, communicating with prospective clients, coordinating meetings, and converting opportunities into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads provided by the company.
Understand client requirements and explain services professionally.
Qualify leads based on their needs and level of interest.
Invite interested prospects for face-to-face meetings.
Coordinate and manage client meetings. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Follow up with leads and meeting prospects consistently.
Convert leads and meetings into successful sales.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, meetings, and sales.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the internal sales and management team.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and professional communication style Sales-oriented mindset with convincing and negotiation skills
Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities
Experience in telecalling, telesales, business development, or client relationship management is preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to work in sales are welcome to apply
