Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support budgeting and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, a solid understanding of financial regulations, and experience with financial software and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes

- Maintain general ledger and ensure timely month-end and year-end close

- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., tax filings, audits)

- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors

- Monitor cash flow and support financial planning efforts

- Support implementation and improvement of financial systems and controls

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance,



or related field

- 7+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (preferably Zoho)

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

- Knowledge of local financial laws and regulatory requirements

Preferred Attributes:

- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Experience with ERP implementation or process automation is a plus
