Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings for construction projects. Ensures all drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and construction requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare MEP shop, coordination, and as-built drawings.
- Develop HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, electrical, and ELV layouts.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and civil teams to resolve clashes.
- Revise drawings based on site conditions and client/consultant comments.
- Ensure compliance with project standards and applicable codes.
- Support site teams by resolving drawing-related issues.
- Maintain drawing revisions and documentation.

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in MEP drafting/design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of MEP systems, construction drawings, and coordination.
- Robust communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
