The key objective is to build a highly organized, efficient and professionally managed manufacturing environment with streamlined processes and measurable production performance.

Key Responsibilities

Factory Layout & Process Flow

- Optimize factory layout, machinery and workstation placement.
- Establish productive flow: Stores → Cutting → Punching → Bending → Welding → Painting → Assembly → Wiring → Testing → Dispatch.
- Reduce material movement, WIP, delays and bottlenecks.

Production & Operations

- Manage day-to-day factory operations and production planning.
- Manage manpower, productivity, output and shop-floor discipline.
- Overall professional appearance and standards of the factory
- Coordinate with stores, purchase, design, quality, projects and dispatch.

Manufacturing Excellence

- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement SOPs and standardized work processes.
- Improve OEE, productivity, throughput and machine utilization.
- Drive cost reduction and process efficiency.

Sheet Metal & Fabrication





- Manage cutting, CNC/punching, bending, welding, grinding, painting and assembly.
- Improve machine utilization and reduce downtime and process delays.

Quality, Safety & Material Management

- Maintain quality standards and reduce rejection/rework.
- Ensure safety, housekeeping and 5S compliance.
- Improve stores, WIP and material movement systems.
