Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector / Quality Manager with a solid background in Sheet Metal and Fabrication. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through incoming, in-process, and final inspections.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of fabricated parts.
- Inspect Laser, TIG, and CO₂ welding quality.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Inspection Fixtures.
- Prepare Inspection Reports, NCRs, and support root cause analysis.
- Ensure quality compliance for Sheet Metal, CNC Bending, Punching, and Pipe Bending processes.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues.





Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Quality Inspection or Quality Management.
- Experience in the Sheet Metal or Fabrication industry is mandatory.
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. Mechanical or related field.
- Good knowledge of fabrication processes, welding defects, and inspection techniques.
- Knowledge of DPT/NDT and ISO/AWS standards will be an added advantage.
