Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SEO Specialist role based in New Delhi. The SEO Specialist will manage and optimize website content and structure to improve organic search performance, including conducting keyword research and implementing on-page SEO best practices. Responsibilities include performing regular SEO audits, monitoring rankings and traffic, and preparing performance reports with actionable insights. The role involves planning and executing link-building campaigns, coordinating with content and marketing teams, and supporting social media marketing efforts to enhance overall online visibility. The specialist will stay current with search engine algorithm updates, tools,



and industry trends to continuously refine SEO strategies.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform comprehensive keyword research and map keywords to relevant pages.
- Strong skills in on-page SEO, including meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, and technical best practices.
- Experience in ethical link building and off-page SEO activities to improve domain authority and rankings.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and its role in supporting SEO and brand visibility.
- Proficiency in conducting detailed SEO audits and recommending data-driven improvements.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword research tools, rank trackers).
- Solid understanding of HTML basics, website architecture, and page speed optimization is an advantage.
- Robust analytical, reporting, and Excel skills, with the ability to interpret data and present clear insights.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in an educational or training institute environment is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
