Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced Accountant to manage the school’s day-to-day financial and accounting activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, record keeping, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Manage school fee collection, receipts, and payment records.
- Maintain cash book, ledger, and bank records.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, bills, and payment documents.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
- Maintain records of salaries, expenses, purchases, and other financial transactions.
- Coordinate with management regarding budgets and financial matters.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounts-related records.




- Assist with audits, tax documentation, and other compliance requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Accounting/Finance.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally/Accounting Software and MS Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a school or educational institution will be an advantage.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
