Primary Skills (Functional) Knowledge of Vehicle Systems, Concern analysis & resolution
Skill of driving and identifying the concerns at vehicle / system - Expert Level
Strong Analytical Skills to analyse the data and provide guidence for quick fix
Data analytics, Root cause analysis, Prioritisation, Good Communication skills (written and spoken)
Hand holding and capability building, Leading Cross Functional teams, Customer Centricity
Behavioural skills Self-Motivated, Team work, resourceful, Creative,
