Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, connect with potential clients and support the growth of the company. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in client interaction and a positive approach toward sales.

Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, leads, references and other business sources.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products and services.
- Generate and follow up on business leads.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
- Build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and support.
- Follow up with prospects and assist in converting qualified leads into business.
- Maintain customer information and regular follow-up records.
- Prepare basic sales reports and update CRM records.




- Work towards individual and team business targets.
- Participate in client meetings, exhibitions or business events when required.

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream.
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, customer acquisition or a related field.
- Freshers with good communication and a willingness to learn can also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in speaking with customers and handling business conversations.
- Positive follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Hindi and English communication skills are preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in B2B sales, field sales, GPS/telematics, automobile, electronics, technology products or similar industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
