We are looking for a dynamic HR & PR Executive who can manage people-related activities while also helping strengthen the brand's public image and relationships.

Role Overview

The HR & PR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, employee engagement, recruitment coordination, and internal communication, while also supporting PR, media relations, events, collaborations, and brand visibility initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, well-connected, confident in communication, organized, and enthusiastic about the coffee, food, lifestyle, and hospitality space.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.

- Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and documentation.

- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.

- Support employee engagement and team-building activities.

- Coordinate internal communication and employee announcements.

- Assist in developing HR policies and processes.

- Track employee performance, feedback, and training requirements.

- Handle employee queries and coordinate resolution of workplace concerns.

- Support payroll and statutory compliance coordination with relevant stakeholders.

PR & Brand Relations Responsibilities





- Develop and maintain relationships with media, journalists, bloggers, influencers, and relevant communities.

- Identify PR opportunities for Saplings Coffee Roasters.

- Coordinate press releases, media interactions, interviews, and brand stories.

- Assist in planning and executing events, launches, tastings, workshops, and brand activations.

- Build relationships with influencers, creators, cafés, hospitality professionals, and industry networks.

- Coordinate brand collaborations and partnership opportunities.

- Maintain a database of media, influencers, partners, and relevant contacts.

- Track PR coverage, mentions, collaborations, and brand visibility.

- Support social media and marketing teams with PR-related content and opportunities.

- Represent the brand professionally at events and external meetings.

Candidate Profile

- Comfortable using Google Workspace, MS Office, and basic digital communication tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1–4 years of experience in HR, PR, communications, hospitality, FMCG, lifestyle, or a related industry.

- Prior experience handling both people coordination and external communications will be an advantage.
