AI Full Stack Software Developer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Full Stack Software Developer to design, build, and maintain innovative applications and internal tools that leverage Artificial Intelligence to accelerate software development, improve user productivity, and automate business workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and internal productivity tools.
Build AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
Develop full-stack solutions including frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud services.
Create AI agents, copilots, workflow automations, and intelligent assistants.




Integrate enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party services.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to increase engineering productivity and code quality.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to transform requirements into working solutions.
Ensure security, scalability, maintainability, and performance of developed applications.
Participate in solution architecture, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of software development experience.
Robust full-stack development experience.

Proficiency in:
o Python

o JavaScript / TypeScript

o React (preferred)

o Node.js or .NET

o REST APIs

o SQL and NoSQL databases

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Experience building AI/GenAI applications.
Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
Experience with source control, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern development practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
Experience developing AI copilots and autonomous workflows.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with DevOps and cloud-native architectures.
Familiarity with software engineering governance, security, and compliance practices.
