Job Overview

Infinity Crest Group Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and responsible Placement Officer – Recruitment & Career Services to support student placement activities, employer coordination, recruitment opportunities, and candidate communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate placement activities and recruitment processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies and HR professionals.
- Identify suitable job and internship opportunities for candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and employers.
- Follow up with candidates and companies throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate placement records, candidate information, and reports.
- Support candidates with interview preparation and career guidance.
- Assist in organizing recruitment drives and employer interactions.




- Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring companies.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in placement, recruitment, HR, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Good networking and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using email, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet assigned targets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and professional approach.
