We are looking for a Trip Planner who can handle travel leads from enquiry to quotation, follow-up, payment and final booking.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle leads through WhatsApp, calls and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare customized travel packages.
- Create itineraries and quotations for Thailand & Vietnam holidays.
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels and suppliers for competitive rates.
- Follow up with leads and handle sales objections.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up for payments and coordinate booking confirmation.
- Upsell hotels, activities, transfers and premium experiences.
- Maintain customer relationships and booking records.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation ability.
- Knowledge of Thailand/Vietnam travel is an advantage.
- Experience in travel sales,
tour operations or holiday packages preferred.
- Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may apply.
