We are looking for a Territory Incharge to build and manage our pharmaceutical wholesale business in Shimla. This role goes beyond routine field calls - it involves full ownership of the territory's sales, coverage, and key relationships. You will be responsible for running Shimla like your own market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own sales and distribution for Shimla territory with clear monthly and quarterly targets.

- Build, maintain and expand relationships with chemists, pharmacies, hospitals and stockists in the area.

- Plan and optimize routes and visit frequency for maximum coverage and productivity.

- Identify new customers, onboard them and ensure regular secondary sales.

- Execute product launches, schemes and local marketing activities as per company strategy.

- Monitor competitor activities and share regular market feedback with management.

- Ensure timely collections, payment follow-up and basic documentation from customers.

- Maintain daily reporting (calls, orders, collections, coverage) and share MIS with head office.

- Coordinate with warehouse/operations team for smooth order processing and deliveries.

Desired Profile:





- 2 to 5 years of experience in pharma field sales or distribution; experience handling a territory independently is preferred.

- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with chemists and stockists.

- Positive understanding of pharma market in Shimla or Himachal Pradesh will be an advantage.

- Self-driven, disciplined and comfortable working with monthly targets.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
