Key Responsibilities:

- Manage procurement of APIs, intermediates, and critical pharmaceutical raw materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop domestic and international suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQ, lead time, freight, and other commercial terms.
- Obtain quotations, compare commercial offers, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Issue Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor stock levels, production requirements, open POs, and material availability.
- Develop alternate suppliers for critical APIs to ensure supply continuity.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for vendor qualification, approvals, audits, and quality issues.
- Ensure availability of required COA, MSDS/SDS, specifications, and other supplier documents.
- Monitor supplier performance related to quality, cost, delivery, and service.




- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and inventory optimization.
- Maintain vendor records, procurement reports, and MIS.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Relevant experience in API Procurement / Pharmaceutical Raw Material Purchase.
- Robust knowledge of API sourcing and supplier markets.
- Excellent vendor development, negotiation, and commercial skills.
- Understanding of procurement, inventory, and supply-chain processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP.

Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
