Position: Civil Engineer
Experience: Minimum 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Planning and scheduling of mining and civil works, including preparation and monitoring of project schedules.
- Preparation, review, and submission of tenders and bids.
- Preparation of cost estimates, BOQs, budgets, and rate analysis.
- Coordination with project, site, procurement, and other relevant teams for smooth execution of works.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and highlight delays or deviations.
- Assist in preparing project plans, work schedules, and resource requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, progress reports, and technical documentation.
- Prepare Method Statements for various civil and mining activities.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and other technical documents.
- Support the project team in resolving technical and execution-related issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with project requirements.

Technical Skills Required





- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project (MSP).
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering fundamentals and construction practices.
- Knowledge of tendering, estimation, costing, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis.
- Ability to prepare Method Statements, project reports, schedules, and technical documentation.
- Positive analytical, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in mining, infrastructure, construction, or civil projects will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with project and site teams.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
