Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic QA Executive with 6 months to

1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

testing our School ERP software, identifying bugs, ensuring product quality, and

working closely with the development team to deliver a smooth and reliable user

experience.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.

- Understand software requirements and prepare test cases and test scenarios.

- Identify, report, track, and verify bugs and issues.

- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.

- Test different modules of the School Management ERP, such as admissions,

attendance, fees, examinations, communication, and administration.

- Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve identified issues.

- Ensure that the application meets quality standards before release.

- Maintain proper documentation of test cases, bugs, and test results.

- Perform basic API or database testing, if required.

- Suggest improvements to enhance product quality and user experience.





Required Skills & Qualifications :-

- Candidates with a background in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a

related field will be preferred.

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Manual

Testing.

- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and

Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

- Knowledge of manual testing concepts and bug life cycle.

- Experience in creating and executing test cases.

- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira or similar tools.

- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing will be an added advantage.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team workplace.

- Experience in testing ERP, SaaS, EdTech, or School Management Software

will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
