Technical Administrator

Position Type: Full time | Location: Remote / India

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Technical Administrator to manage, automate, and optimize our AWS and Azure cloud environments. This role focuses on DevOps-oriented infrastructure management, including repository administration, CI/CD oversight, and secure resource access control to ensure peak platform performance.

II. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Cloud Instance Management: Provision, configure, and maintain cloud instances across AWS (EC2, S3, VPC) and Azure (VMs, Storage, Networking).
- Repository & DevOps Administration: Manage GitHub repositories, permissions, and branching strategies while implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) via Terraform.
- CI/CD Pipeline Management: Configure and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployments and infrastructure updates.
- Access Control & Monitoring: Track and manage resource access through IAM policies and security groups; monitor system health and cost optimization.
- Incident Response:



Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure incidents; support business continuity and disaster recovery processes.

III. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Experience: 0-2 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Core Competencies: Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of cloud networking, storage solutions, and database connectivity.
- Monitoring: Experience with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitoring).
- AI Knowledge (Optional): Experience with AI platforms like Claude, OpenAI, or similar LLM services.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent certification (AWS Certified SysOps/Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator Associate preferred).
