Registration: Valid Nursing Council Registration as applicable
Experience: Freshers and experienced nurses may apply, depending on hospital requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients' health conditions and promptly report changes to doctors.
- Administer medications, injections and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures and emergency situations.
- Follow infection-control,
patient-safety and hospital protocols.
- Maintain nursing documentation, medication records and handover notes.
- Educate patients and family members regarding treatment, medication and post-discharge care.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals for continuity of care.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and escalate clinical concerns as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold qualified nursing standards.
- Perform department-specific nursing responsibilities when assigned to ICU, OT, Emergency, NICU, PICU, Dialysis, Ward or other specialty units.
