About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant with 1 year exp. to support our digital marketing activities across social media, paid advertising, SEO, content creation, and campaign management. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, eager to learn, and comfortable working with digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, leads, CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions.
- Assist in social media management across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms.
- Create and schedule social media posts, reels, captions, and other marketing content.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and basic SEO activities.
- Assist with website content updates and basic on-page SEO.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and insights.
- Support lead generation and coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups.
- Research industry trends, competitors,



audiences, and new marketing opportunities.
- Assist in creating marketing creatives, presentations, and campaign materials.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely publishing across platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, advertising updates, and social media algorithms.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing
- Understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Knowledge of SEO and Social Media Marketing
- Good content writing and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / Search Console
- Familiarity with Canva or other creative tools
- Valuable analytical and research skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new tools and strategies

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
