Salesforce CPQ QA Engineer (Manual Testing)

Work Timings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ QA Engineer with strong expertise in Manual Testing and Salesforce CPQ applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in validating CPQ configurations, Quote-to-Cash processes, integrations, and end-to-end business workflows.

Required Experience:

- Minimum 5+ years of QA experience.
- At least 3+ years of experience testing Salesforce CPQ-based applications.

Key Responsibilities1. Manual Testing & Quality Assurance

- Design and execute:
- Functional Testing
- Regression Testing
- Integration Testing
- End-to-End Testing
- Create and maintain:
- Test Plans
- Test Scenarios
- Test Cases
- Test Data
- Validate business requirements and user stories during Agile sprint cycles.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defect resolutions.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release validation activities.
- Collaborate closely with:
- Business Analysts
- Product Owners
- Developers
- Business Users

2. Salesforce CPQ Testing

- Test Salesforce CPQ configurations and customizations.
- Validate:
- Pricing calculations
- Discounting logic
- Product configuration rules
- Test:
- Product Bundles




- Product Options
- Dependencies
- Exclusions
- Validate approval workflows and quote generation processes.
- Verify:
- Contract Creation
- Contract Amendments
- Renewals
- Subscription Changes
- Execute complete Quote-to-Cash (QTC) testing scenarios.

3. Integration Testing

Validate integrations between Salesforce CPQ and:

- ERP Systems:
- SAP
- Oracle
- NetSuite
- Other ERP platforms
- Salesforce Billing
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Platforms
- External APIs
- Middleware Solutions
