Graphic Designer (the visuals need to visual)
We need a graphic designer who sees the world in layers, speaks fluent Adobe , and knows that Comic Sans is only acceptable ironically (maybe). If you can turn a Pinterest board into a brand identity and make kerning look effortless, let's connect.
What You'll Actually Be Doing:
- Design graphics that make people stop mid-scroll and actually pay attention
- Create everything from social media content to brand identities that don't look like they came from Canva templates (no shade to Canva, but you know what we mean)
- Translate chaotic briefs like "make it pop but also elegant" into actual coherent designs
- Build visual systems that are chef's kiss consistent across all platforms
- Collaborate with the team without needing 12 meetings to explain why that shade of beige matters
- Stay on top of design trends without being a slave to them (if everything you make looks like 2023, we have a problem)
You're The One If:
- You have strong opinions about font pairings and will defend them
- Your Downloads folder is literally just inspo images organized by vibe
- You know the difference between "clean minimal" and "boring minimal"
- Adobe Creative Suite is your second language (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign—the holy trinity)
- You understand hierarchy, white space, and why alignment isn't just a suggestion
- You've remade a design 5 times because something felt off and you couldn't let it go
Bonus Points:
- You can do basic motion design (After Effects = automatic aura boost)
- You have a design philosophy that isn't just "I make things look good"
- Your portfolio has range (you can do brutalist AND sophisticated)
- You understand brand strategy, not just pretty pixels
- You know what "liminal space aesthetic" means
