Job Description: Project Site Supervisor

Position Overview

The position is responsible for overseeing the Project Execution as per design , and completion of interior design and renovation projects. They ensure that all work is completed to high-quality standards, on time, and within budget, while coordinating with designers, contractors, and clients to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Supervise and manage interior projects from inception to completion.

Monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.

Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and optimize resource allocation.

Team Coordination

Lead and manage on-site teams, including contractors, laborers, and other personnel.

Coordinate with designers, architects, and engineers for smooth execution of plans.

Conduct regular meetings with the team to address issues and provide updates.

Quality Control

Inspect and ensure all work adheres to design specifications and quality standards.

Address and resolve on-site issues or discrepancies promptly.

Oversee material usage and ensure proper handling to minimize waste.

Client Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the project.

Provide updates on progress, address concerns, and incorporate feedback.

Ensure the final output aligns with client expectations and approved designs.

Compliance and Safety

Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.

Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety protocols.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related fields.

Proven experience in supervising interior design or construction projects.

Solid knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and techniques.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Experience :

2 to 5 Years

Salary : 25 k to 35 k

Pay: Up to ₹30,364.46 per month
