Your Role

As an Management Trainee at StayVista, you will be responsible for creating and editing engaging Reels, Shorts, and other short-form content. You will handle video editing, colour grading, sound design, and visual storytelling, while collaborating with the content team on shoots and creative concepts.

About You

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (Must)
- Experience with Instagram Edits, VN & Canva
- Knowledge of Colour Grading & Sound Design
- Strong understanding of Reels, Shorts & short-form content
- Basic iPhone shooting knowledge — frame rates, composition, angles & framing
- Own a decent editing laptop capable of smoothly running Premiere Pro and other Adobe software
- A creative eye and passion for visual storytelling is a plus
- This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
