Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate – Research Writing Support to join our research support team. The candidate will assist researchers, PhD scholars, postgraduate students, and academic professionals with research writing, manuscript preparation, editing, formatting, literature review, and publication-related support.

The ideal candidate should have strong academic writing skills, good research knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to understand and improve research manuscripts according to academic and journal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing and developing research papers, review papers, manuscripts, and academic documents.
- Conduct literature searches and prepare structured literature reviews using reliable academic sources.
- Read and analyze research papers, journal articles, and related academic literature.
- Assist with research paper structure, methodology presentation, results discussion, and conclusion development.
- Edit and proofread research manuscripts for grammar, clarity, readability, consistency, and academic style.
- Format manuscripts according to specific journal, conference, or publication guidelines.
- Assist with references, citations, bibliography, tables, figures, and manuscript formatting.
- Support researchers in selecting appropriate journals and understanding journal submission requirements.
- Assist with manuscript revision based on reviewer or editorial comments.




- Maintain accuracy and consistency throughout research documents.
- Coordinate with senior researchers and project managers to understand client/project requirements.
- Perform plagiarism and similarity checks and suggest appropriate improvements while maintaining academic integrity.
- Stay updated with journal guidelines, research-writing standards, and publication practices.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of research projects.

Required Skills

- Understanding of research methodology and research paper structure.
- Good knowledge of literature review and reference management.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and summarize research papers.
- Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and academic formatting tools.

- Scopus-indexed journals

- IEEE / Springer / Elsevier publication formats

- Zotero / Mendeley / EndNote
- SPSS / R / Python for research support
- Research methodology

Eligibility

- Master's degree in any relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Management, Science, Social Science, or related fields.
- Candidates with a background in research, academic writing, publishing, or technical writing are preferred.
- Freshers with strong research-writing skills may also apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in research paper writing, editing, thesis support, or academic publishing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,146.18 - ₹35,214.14 per month
