Nursing Extra Mileage, a leading pan-India online coaching platform for nursing students, is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and highly communicative Marketing Executive based in Rajasthan.
In this role, you will be the face of our platform across Rajasthan. Your primary responsibility will be visiting nursing schools and colleges, delivering engaging presentations to students and management, generating high-quality leads, and converting those leads into admissions through effective telephonic follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
College Visits & Presentations: Travel to various nursing schools and colleges across Rajasthan to conduct live presentations and seminars promoting our coaching platform.
Lead Generation: Build strong rapport with college authorities and nursing students to collect student databases and generate potential leads.
Sales Conversion: Making outbound calls to the generated leads (students/parents), explaining the course benefits,
counseling them, and converting them into paid enrollments.
Brand Awareness: Act as the primary brand ambassador to increase the popularity and reach of Nursing Extra Mileage in the Rajasthan region.
Relationship Management: Maintain long-term positive relationships with nursing institutions and student communities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Local language of Rajasthan and English is mandatory. Ability to speak Hindi is an added advantage.
Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Must be able to blend in easily and connect naturally with students and college authorities.
Education & Experience: Nursing Skilled will get preference.
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (Prior experience in educational sales/marketing or EdTech is highly preferred).
Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively to various districts and cities within Rajasthan for campus visits.
- Target-Driven: Self-motivated with a strong mindset to achieve monthly lead generation and enrollment targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
