- Production Operations: Plan and manage daily production schedules for manufacturing lines, ensuring target output, machine efficiency, and minimal downtime.
- Shop-Floor & Workforce Management: Direct and supervise machine operators, assembly workers, and technical staff; track shift attendance and allocate duties.
- Quality Control & Testing: Oversee quality checks on raw materials and finished goods, coordinate sample approvals, and ensure strict compliance with product specifications.
- Maintenance Coordination: Work closely with technical teams to plan routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, and ensure smooth machine operation.
- Material & Stock Management: Monitor raw material consumption, track floor inventory, minimize material wastage, and maintain accurate production logs.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce shop-floor safety protocols, clean operational standards, and ensure adherence to factory regulations.
