Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced BCBF Trainer to lead skill development batches under our CSR initiative in Badli, Jhajjar. The trainer will be responsible for delivering domain training on banking products, financial inclusion, microfinance, customer handling, and preparation for BCBF certification to empower youth for employment in the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery: Deliver classroom training on Business Correspondent and Business Facilitator (BCBF) curriculum, including financial literacy, KYC/AML, digital banking, loan sourcing, and recovery operations.
- Soft Skills & Customer Handling: Train candidates in customer service, grievance redressal, sales pitching, and effective communication skills.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments, mock interviews, and practical role-plays to evaluate candidate performance and readiness for final certification exams.
- Batch Management: Maintain attendance records, session plans, candidate logbooks,



and MIS reports as per CSR project guidelines.
- Placement Readiness: Collaborate with the placement team to prepare trainees for interviews with banks, microfinance institutions (MFIs), and BC networks.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, or related fields preferred).
- Domain Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the banking/NBFC/MFI sector with direct customer handling/sales exposure.
- Training Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a trainer in BFSI skill development schemes (DDU-GKY, PMKVY, CSR projects, or vocational institutes) preferred.
- Certification: IIBF BC/BF certification or Trainer (ToT) certification by MEPSC/BFSI SSC is a solid advantage.

Skills & Competencies

- In-depth knowledge of retail banking, microcredit, Aadhaar-Enabled Payment System (AePS), micro-ATMs, and UPI.
- Fluency in Hindi with basic working proficiency in English.
- Strong presentation, classroom control, and motivational skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
