Job Description:

The Report Writer/Valuation Analyst is responsible for preparing professional valuation reports for various asset classes including land & buildings, plant & machinery, business/share valuation, and IPO-related assignments. The role involves analyzing data, coordinating with valuers and analysts, and drafting clear, accurate, and compliant reports as per regulatory and professional standards.

Job Role: - Report Writer

Responsibilities & Duties: -

- 1. Valuation Report Preparation
- Draft and finalize valuation reports for:

· Land & Building

· Plant & Machinery

· Business / Share valuation

· IPO related reports

· Lenders Independent Engineer report

· Reports related to Aviation Machinery

- Prepare structured reports including executive summary, methodology, assumptions, and valuation conclusions.
- Ensure reports comply with regulatory standards and skilled guidelines.

2. Data Analysis & Documentation

- Compile and analyse data received from:

· Site inspection teams





· Financial statements

· Market research

· Asset details

- Verify supporting documents and maintain proper documentation.

3. Valuation Methodology Support

Assist valuation team in applying methods such as:

- Market approach
- Cost approach
- Income approach / Discounted Cash Flow (DCF)
- Comparable company analysis

Qualifications and Skills:

- B. Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CFA Level 1/CMA Level 1/2 and CMA Final will be preferred.
- Additional certification in valuation or finance is an advantage.
- Good financial and analytical understanding
- Knowledge of valuation methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work with financial statements and asset data
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong report writing and documentation skills
