Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the overall restaurant operations within the resort, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth F&B; service, team performance, quality standards, and achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations within the resort
- Supervise and lead the restaurant service team
- Ensure high standards of guest service, hospitality, and presentation
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams
- Plan staff schedules, shifts, and daily operational requirements
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Monitor restaurant sales, revenue, and daily performance
- Drive upselling and suggestive selling to improve revenue
- Monitor food and beverage inventory, wastage, and operating costs
- Ensure proper POS, billing, cash handling, and closing procedures
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Conduct staff training and performance reviews
- Assist in planning special events, private dining, and resort functions
- Prepare daily sales reports, operational reports, and F&B; MIS




- Ensure compliance with resort SOPs and applicable food safety standards

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of restaurant and F&B; operations
- Excellent guest handling and communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service
- Strong sales, upselling, and revenue management skills
- Knowledge of POS and inventory management
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Professional grooming and presentation

Qualification & Experience:

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality
- 5–10 years of experience in restaurant/F&B; operations
- Previous experience as Restaurant Manager / Assistant F&B; Manager preferred

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in resorts, luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or premium hospitality properties
- Experience handling high-volume restaurant operations and resort guests
- Exposure to banquets, events, VIP guests, and multi-outlet F&B; operations is an added advantage

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
