Core Responsibilities

​Client Requirement Management: Translating diverse client Job Descriptions (JDs) into actionable hiring parameters, including salary budgets, skill thresholds

​Aggressive Candidate Sourcing: Mining recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), external databases, internal pools, and headhunting channels to generate qualified applicant pipelines quickly.

​Pre-Screening & Profile Pitching: Conducting initial screening calls to verify experience, CTC expectations, location preferences, and immediate availability before submitting vetted profiles to the client.

​Interview: Coordinating multi-round schedules between client hiring managers and candidates, tracking feedback loops, and ensuring zero candidate drop-offs at each stage.

​ ​Joining Tracking : Maintaining regular touchpoints during candidate notice periods to mitigate drop-outs, confirming actual joining dates,
