Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming student leads (calls, WhatsApp, web forms) and respond promptly
- Counsel students on suitable courses (UG/PG/Diploma) based on their goals, eligibility, and budget
- Explain fee structure, payment plans, and course duration clearly and accurately
- Follow up consistently with warm/interested leads to convert them into admissions
- Maintain and update lead status in the CRM at every stage (New → Follow-up → Admission Confirmed)
- Coordinate with the Documentation and Verification teams to ensure smooth handoff after enrollment
- Achieve monthly admission/revenue targets
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and trust with students and parents
- Handle objections and explicit doubts about university recognition, degree validity, and career outcomes
- Collect and verify basic student documents before forwarding to the Documentation team

Pay: ₹11,170.03 - ₹25,000.00 per month
