Job Summary

We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist / CPC Expert with hands-on experience in real estate lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Generate quality leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Monitor and improve CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, ad copy testing, and bid optimization.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Identify opportunities to reduce lead costs and improve lead quality and campaign ROI.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / CPC campaign management.




- Experience in real estate digital marketing or lead generation is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Google Ads Certification is an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience managing high-budget campaigns will be preferred.
